In 2007, we did a letterpress workshop with Glenn Goluska. It was part of the Design International Classes and our teacher was Judith Poirier. We had to design a 13x19 inches poster with a typography quote. This is what Catherine Lebrun and I did.
"A love of letters is the beginning of typographical wisdom. That is, the love of letters as literature and the love of letters as physical entities, having abstract beauty on their own, apart from the ideas they may express or evoke. -John R. Biggs"
Of course we could not resist using the giant wooden letters!
